We are based in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, and we handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

2. What we collect

When you message us on WhatsApp

If you message us on WhatsApp — including by tapping a WhatsApp button on one of our advertisements — we receive and store:

  • Your phone number
  • Your WhatsApp profile name, as you have set it
  • The content of the messages you send us
  • The date and time of your messages
  • Where you reached us through an advertisement, an identifier for that advertisement and a click identifier generated by Meta

We use the advertisement identifiers to understand which of our campaigns are working. They do not tell us anything about your activity elsewhere on Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp.

When you enquire about coaching

  • Name, email address and phone number
  • Your previous PTE or other English test results, if you choose to share them
  • Your target score and test date
  • Your study goals and availability
  • Any other information you choose to tell us

When you enrol with us

  • The information above, plus billing details needed to process your payment
  • Attendance, practice test results and progress notes recorded during your coaching
  • Any recordings of practice sessions, where you have agreed to these being made

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, identity documents, passports or visa paperwork. Our coaching services do not require them.

When you visit our website

  • IP address, browser and device type
  • Pages viewed and time spent on the site
  • The website that referred you to us
  • Information collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 7)

3. How we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • Reply to your enquiries
  • Assess how we can help you reach your target score
  • Deliver coaching, practice tests and feedback

  • Measure how well our advertising is working
  • Keep proper business records and meet our legal obligations

We will not use your information for an unrelated purpose unless you would reasonably expect it, you have consented, or we are required by law.

4. Marketing and how to opt out

If you have given us your contact details and consented, we may send you information about our coaching services by WhatsApp, email or SMS.

You can opt out at any time — reply STOP to any message, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or contact us directly. We will action your request promptly and at no cost to you.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing.
